| 申请资格 | 投标人具备 住房城乡建设行政主管部门核发的有效的足够能力来履行本合同的具有独立法人资格且同时具有以下（1）和（2）项资质的单位或联合体： （1）设计资质：具备以下①和②和③资质或具备④资质： ①具备工程设计市政行业（排水工程）专业丙级及以上资质；或工程设计市政行业（燃气工程、轨道交通工程除外）乙级及以上资质；或工程设计市政行业乙级及以上资质； ②具备工程设计水运行业（港口工程）专业甲级资质；或工程设计水运行业甲级资质； ③具备风景园林工程专项设计乙级及以上资质； ④具备工程设计综合甲级资质的设计单位（注：若投标人的资质为设计综合甲级资质，则须满足《工程设计资质标准》中与本项目相对应的设计类型对人员配置的要求）。 （2）勘察资质： 具备工程勘察岩土工程勘察（分项）专业甲级资质和岩土工程物探测试检测监测（分项）乙级及以上资质和工程测量专业乙级及以上资质； 或岩土工程专业甲级资质和工程测量专业乙级及以上资质； 或工程勘察综合甲级资质。 土工试验室要求：在福建省参加投标的工程勘察单位，应在我省设立相应的土工试验室，并配备相应的技术人员，未在我省设立土工试验室的，不得参与工程勘察项目的投标。（按照《关于工程勘察单位设立土工实验室有关问题的通知》（闽建办科[2018]16 号）文件执行） | |||||||||||||||
